I have to tell ya man these vlogs are amazing and very interesting to say the least but this one here always makes me laugh.

You and your team did a great job bringing Leanne on board.

What can we do to discourage, customers, from lying & making, false claims, in an effort to get a more discounted price, on their car shipping rates'? There aren't many that stoop to this level, but Im having a probem, "professionally" handling, the few that do.

It's a bit risky considering that I have my wife and child to support, but I feel that if I don't try to make something of myself then I'm wasting my life. I'll be following your blog closely.. As a small business owner I am very thankful when another business helps me save time and money. This afternoon I was assisted by one of your telephone representatives by the name of Eddie Franklin. Not only was he more than capable of answering all of my questions about some of the services on my account, but he suggested some very helpful products that will improve my business website. This is the kind of employee that every company dreams of having, and if he ever moves to Austin, Texas he can certainly come and work with us! Thank you Mr. Parsons, I wish your family and everyone at GoDaddy all the best!

Very Interesting..

As I investigate your site..and learn the various products..on the verge of beginning a political site regarding a Proposition on the November ballot..

I watched the Parsons Rules Segment.

What I realized..is..despite the fact that my proposed site..will not be Selling a..Product..it will be..Selling An Idea.

This of course sounds quite obvious..however..the rules..proposed by Mr. Parsons..I found to be quite appropriate..not only to Politics...but to Direct Repercussions Of Ones Decisions. People may not Realize the results they may be thinking of Supporting or Resisting.

Especially in the context of what could really be described as the Subliminal Nature of the Search for Value.

Yes! People want to see the Value..in not only a product..but..in an Idea as well...they often need to be Shown A Comparison between what they Believe is the Cost..and the Actual Cost..and..this almost universally..must be Sold to them.

Again..this seems obvious in hindsight..but when applied to something like "Street Smarts"..the Rules..take on an entirely new meaning!

Like Descarte said:

Experience Does Not Err..

So..I will apply these Rules..to the Idea..that I'll be attempting to Sell to my Neighbors in the Golden State!

Graci Bob!

A smoking hot blonde genrates intereast every time. I'm surprised you don"t own up to the reality that sex sells. Charlie
charles Sanson on Aug 21 2010, 09:42am  Reply
Dear charles,

I suppose the issue here is I disagree with the use of the term sex. It's not "sex" per se that sells. Rather it's attractive images sell.

All types of appealing images are used to sell products. They range from attractive women, men, children, pets, buildings, paintings, bowls of fruit, sizzly steaks etc. etc.

What troubles me is that if I say "Gorgeous, warm, cuddly puppy" in a headline that would be OK, Or if I say "rugged looking, handsome, muscular man" that's also OK. But if I say "attractive" or "smoking hot blonde" I'm suggesting sex and somehow it implies something that is in some quarters is unacceptable.

I personally find that unacceptable, particularly given that we live in the United States of America and not Taliban controlled Afghanistan.

Bob,

I sent this to my business partner. And reminded her that I got a call from Go Daddy when all of our sites' terms recycled. Not to sell us anything, just to acknowledge the resale and ask if we needed anything. I was reminded of that during the bit on communication with the customer. Great service.

What do I have to do to get Leanne to wear a Wine Guideline t-shirt in the next episode?

Hey Bob,

I love your videos! Can't get enough of them! They are funny, entertaining and the advice is really great! I wish you would do them more often.

Now, before I forget, I'd like to acknowledge you for responding to some of these comments within a few hours. For a guy in your position that is very very impressive!

As for David and others who have issues with "sexuality" so to say, I have an idea of a commercial that I'd like to share with you (at no charge for now LOL). Since most man like and enjoy pretty things as girls, cars, etc. and there is common misconception that the girls in godaddy videos are treated like "meat" how about a sexy commercial with a true dead gorgeous out of this world T-bone steak like the one that bulldog Spike from Tom & Jerry is trying to dig into? And than you can go to real E=MC2 with a gorgeous girl beside it and a funny line like... how do you ever feel like being treated like a peace of meat?

Let me know your thoughts. All the best, Bo

Bob,
I love the service your company provides and I believe you are one of the best in the business if not the best. However, the use of women in your advertising saddens and sickens me. I wish GoDaddy would sell the business on their merits and leave selling sex out of it. I would use GoDaddy based on the merits but due to the advertising I will not. Just because I am a man does not mean you can reach me through my pants and quite frankly I am tired of being appealed to in that way by any company that uses it. I am also tired of seeing young ladies treated as a piece of meat instead of valuable humans that have more to offer the world than their bodies. Maybe that's because I am a father of four girls and a Christian, but I am tired of the 'sex sells' ads. They don't sell me, the repel me.
Again, I think GoDaddy is great at the service it sells and it is a shame to cheapen that by using such easy, no talented ways to advertise.

Semper Fi, but I feel sorry for you that sex in the funny way that GoDaddy presents it bothers you.
charles Sanson on Aug 21 2010, 09:44am  Reply
Semper Fi Charles,
You don't have to feel sorry for me. I thoroughly enjoy my sense of humor however, there is nothing funny about the way women are portrayed in GoDaddy commercials. And no matter how GoDaddy tries to "per se" they are still using the fantasy and idea of sex with these gorgeous ladies to sell their business when the reality is the business sells itself. And it is not a matte of freedom, it is a matter of deceny and responsibility. So please do not feel sorry for me as I have a pretty good handle on sexuality as the Creator of it intended it to be.
David
David on Aug 24 2010, 11:10am  Reply
Dear David,

There are two "unfair" debating techniques. One involves misinformation, the other exaggeration. You seem to be using both of them here.

I will point out that nothing GoDaddy.com does warrants the statements you make. Never do we or have we ever advertised depicting women as "pieces of meat" or ever would dream of trying to reach a male "through his pants." Those statements are quite simply not true.

It's interesting you want me to know you're a father of four girls and a christian. I'll point out in return that I'm the father of two daughters and also a christian.

Bob

bob parsons on Aug 19 2010, 08:34am  Reply
I agree, to a degree, that the "sex sells" part of GoDaddy puzzles me (but it doesn't bother me personally). GoDaddy is a good product with good customer service behind it, so you don't really need the girls. However, it IS played kind of "Benny Hill" style, and the blonde is over the top in her actions, so it's more a spoof than anything.
Pitt Cairn (http://www.harnessthehudson.com) on Aug 23 2010, 07:24pm  Reply
Hey Bob,
Thanks for the quick response. I appreciate your business knowledge and knowledge of debating. I think it is great that you have four daugthers and profess Christ. however, I am interested to know how you reconcile your belief in Christ and His teaching on sexualy immorality and lusting after women with the type of ads your advertising department puts out there with aspects commonly found in strip clubs (Hey I haven't always been a Christian) and with heavy sexually seductive overtones. I used to sell woodworking supplies for a living and when we showed and woodworking supply shows there used to always be companies that would hire local, female, models to stand in their booth handing out material because they knew that woodworking industry was a male dominated industry. However, as times have changed and many more women are working professionally in that industry and many of the men aren't any longer affected by such ploys they were disappearing. Now, I have been out of that industry for nearly 10 years now so I can't speak to current trends.
But anyway, I would be interested to know how you reconcile the two.
Thanks man,
Dave

Hey Bob,
Great video and advice. I am justing getting the guts up to try to design my own web site. I have a janitorial company and its website is currently managed by someone, but I want to manage it myself so I can have more control over it.
I also have a seasonal restaurant that could have really benefited from some advertizing this summer, and I am starting health coaching in the spring of 2011.
My question is should I have an "umbrella" web site that branches off to all three busineses, or one for each?
Any other advice to keep it all simple and inexpensive?
Thanks,
Deb
Deb Torreso on Aug 18 2010, 03:32pm  Reply
Dear Deb,

Depends on what you want to accomplish. I could see maybe some synergies between your companies but it may not be enough for one umbrella website to do the job. That said, the one for each option seems to make more sense.

Bob, would you comment on the .COs and the importance of people checking service & trademarks to assure they are not in violation or potential violation of that 1999 law related to domain ownership. I think the first come first serve marketing hype is a little dangerous for people as they will get caught holding the back and possible sued and fined for $1000 to $100,000 a domain name if the owner of the service or trademark takes them on. It was fun buying the names but what can you really do with them if they can't be sold or developed? If I have my facts wrong then please let me know. I have enjoyed purchasing some .COs but have friends and families who have spent a bunch and it's past the 5 day refund period.

Your point is a good one. Registering a domain name that matches someone else's registered trademark is only asking for trouble — lots of it.

Dear Bob,

You shouldn't be sued if you're not using the violating names you bought to make money by taking advantage of the trademarks they violate.

You also might not lose any money on the deal. I suspect you may be able to contact the trademark holders and sell the domain names to them for your costs and maybe even a small amount for the effort. Most companies are reasonable and once they realize you are trying to make things right you probably will work things out.

Dear Bob,
I have watched your #36 Vlog 2 times now & I have to say I think it is really Great. I came to GoDaddy by accident. I was trying to recover a Domain name that was taken away from me by error of my hosting co. and it was parked at a GoDaddy affiliate site. So I called GoDaddy to raise Hell and cuss out the people who were doing me wrong, and your GoDaddy CSR was SO NICE to me that I stayed around long enough to see what GoDaddy really was about.
I cannot remember EVER having a CSR at ANY Hosting Company being NICE TO ME LIKE THAT.
Next time I called I got the same thing, except this time it was a female & she was extremely nice and very knowledgeable....Next thing you know....I am buying all kinds of Domain Names and Email programs and WebSiteTonight etc. etc. and moving ALL OF MY DOMAINS & WEBSITES OVER TO GODADDY!
So one thing you said is absolutely correct. The People that you hire are the HEART & SOUL of your company. I have spent almost $2,000.00 at GoDaddy in since July 17th, and it's all because of how I was treated by your CSR's! I have made apprx. 15 calls for help to GoDaddy since I started buying Domain names and other products, and I can say that about 90% of the CSR's were incredibly nice, Friendly & Helpfull. The other 10% were at least Polite.
So I congatulate you for recognizing a VERY POWERFULL TRUTH. That is that people like to be treated like they are SPECIAL, and also that YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOU....PERIOD. Thank You Very Much Bob! Best Regards, Dennis Dullea

Hi, I think u are a great business man and a cool person, (sorry for my english) I´m from Bolivia and I´ve been trying to put some business ideas on the road but the economical conditions here make it really difficult despite my efforts, these ideas have two great perspectives, very good profit and social empowerment for poor peoples, I would like to have some advice from you about it cause´ right now I´m participating on a enterpreneur contest, If I win I will have the chance to capitalize (or get investors) and create my own business!

Well take care and keep the good work.

Any ideas? And by the way keep up the steam GO DADDY!
Charles (http://www.trucetalk.com) on Aug 4 2010, 10:46am  Reply
Hi Charles,

Just took a look at your website and think you need to make it available to a larger group of prospective customers. One way to do that is to sign up for GoDaddy MarketPlace. That way your products will be presented to more customers and they will be able to pay however they want rather than just paypal. You might also look into eBay and Amazon as sources in which to offer your products.

Worked on GoDaddy today to get domain names. Checked your blog more out of curiosity. Asked one of your customer representatives if there was a list of the services available on GoDaddy. He said no. I think it would be very helpful to me as a prospective customer to have a complete list of the ways you can help my business on one page, like a check list. This would save me a lot of time. Thanks for the opportunity to communicate to you on this.

Hi Bob,
Visited your video blog just to say thank you for the excellent and FRIENDLY customer service at Godaddy!
Been a godaddy.com customer for serveral years.
During the last year the Godaddy Customer Service has been excellent!

I could not agree more with your video, I put extremely high value on customer service, and it is a essential building block to for any successful business.

If you would suggest you add a buy the Customer Service representative a cup of coffee button to the customer feedback form.
I would have been more than happy to pay the professional and friendly lady a cuppa just for her way to take care of the minor issue we had with the site statistics not reporting properly even if it had to do with something on the logs on your servers. All fixed in a timely manner as promised and no data lost. No harm done, and I am again a even happier Godaddy customer than what I would have been without this minor issue.

A big to THANK YOU the Godaddy.com Customer Service team for fixing the issue in a timely manner.

Finally we have never experienced any hosting issues at Godaddy.com that would cause problems for our valued customers when they visit our site. Would recommend Godaddy to others!
We work using the same principles: high quality lower price, a friendly and professional customer service and provide fast shipping world wide for our customers at Lust Racing.

As far as Richie's comments; there are several ways to set up auto renew capabilities as well. I've lost a few domains in the past, but now if it's important, the tools are there to eliminate accidentally losing a domain. I enjoyed the Vlog (which by the way I learned stands for Video Blog). I especially enjoyed the part noting that good price or value might initially attract new customers, but it is the service that will keep them. I currently have about 625 domain names split between Go Daddy and 4 other domain name providers. I try to keep about 125 domain names with each provider, including Go Daddy. One domain provider I used years ago was iPower. I needed to register 58 new domain names in one purchase and iPower blew away Go Daddy on price at $3 per domain per year for .coms. iPower gave me a special deal since I was registering 58 domain names at once and Go Daddy could not/would not match the deal. So iPower got the business (i.e., attracted a new customer). But the iPower service was terrible and within 2 years I had taken all my business elsewhere. The nightmares with iPower were endless but the one that irked me the most was that their billing department was charging my credit card 2 or three times for each domain. They would refund the excess charges when I called the triple billing to their attention, but it was a pain in the butt to have to keep calling them to get my refunds. So I quit them and took all 58 domains elsewhere. Bottom line is that iPower got my business with a great price, but lost it with bad billing and refund service. A related fact not mentioned in the Vlog is that it is easier and cheaper to keep the customers you have than to endlessly be trying to attract new customers. if you are constantly seeking new customers to replace the ones you have lost something is very wrong with your business. By contrast, I have been with Go Daddy for several years, try to keep between 120 to 150 domains with them at any given time (the rest are evenly split between 4 other providers), and although the Go Daddy prices have not always been the lowest, the service has been consistently good.

I have a lot of domains with GoDaddy and always get reminders in a timely manner. There is even a grace period when the domain expires. If the domains were so important to you, how did you let them go? One of my sites gets so many hits that if I thought it would expire soon, I would keep on top of it all the time.

Thanks Bob for your service and great support. i know you're not always directly involved but it is nice to see you responding in this case here.

Stopped by again to view your business videos. I'm creating a book publishing website with the mission of producing books for young-adult, new-adult-readers, and middle grade readers. I want to raise money by sales and donations to make these books available to hard hit school districts; parents teachers and kids. Your videos are effective. 1. Solve your own problems 2. don't get a partner 2. provide a superior product with low prices 3. I'm listening to the naysayers and looking at my website (just launched) and needs more work. You're paying it forward with these videos to help out beginners. The videos reflect you. How can they be "wrong"??? You're not worried about the recession-lol. Peace, my friend. Gwyn

Customers would tend to make a buying decision based on the Price they pay and the Value they get from the product/service they get. Bob , you have clearly added that good Customer Service would provide that satisfaction on top of Price and Value . This reminds me of of the things I learned from the book "The Science of getting Rich" that the buyer should get more use value than the cash value they give us ...This episode really demonstrates just that ..well done

NEVER AGAIN will I EVER do business with godaddy.com, EVER! I just logged into my account to update two of my domains to find out they have expired. After a phone call to customer I have found out that they are imposing an $80 fee to recover my domains. No one can explain why this is fee is $80 so I can only assume that this fee is used to extort money of out people because they have no choice because Godaddy has taken ownership of the domain. If you do not pay this fee they will auction your domains off to the highest paying cybersquatter. I will move my remaining domains to another company but it will mean nothing to godaddy.
Riche on Jul 23 2010, 06:35pm  Reply
Riche, you're an idiot. GoDaddy tells you consistently when your domains are about to expire. If you don't read your email or change your email address or just don't know what you are doing, that is YOUR problem. It's too bad you were able to have the luxury to recover your domains, you don't deserve to.
Joe on Jul 27 2010, 11:52am  Reply
So your mad at godaddy for letting your domains expire after warning you that they would a billion times? Just sayin.
TP on Jul 26 2010, 01:28pm  Reply
Dear Riche,

Actually the fee is charged to us by VeriSign. We add $10 if that and pass it along. The bigger issue is staying on top of renewing your domain names. Customers who change their contact info without telling us, have their domains set to not auto renew and/or opt out of letting us contact them for any reason present a challenge.

I can tell you that the last thing we want to have happen is for a domain name to expire against a customer's wishes.

Bob
bob parsons on Jul 23 2010, 09:34pm  Reply
I have been a customer of GoDaddy for many, many years. I can attest that GoDaddy will hound me incessantly to keep me from letting my domains expire. Your contact email address must have been changed or be dumping GoDaddy emails as spam. I can't believe that I'm being treated any differently than you, since it all must be automated.

Sorry, but you just got unlucky. Verisign knows people will procrastinate, and rakes in money because of it. Worse yet, there are folks who snarf up domains that have expired so they can sell them back at eye bleeding prices after the $80 renewal period is over.

The lesson? wait for a sale, and renew your domain for 10 years. It's a lot cheaper than waiting till the last instant.

I think you really are having an effect on marketing. I caught some marketing gurus repeating some of your lines off these videos. In fact one sent out your 16 rules on a plain background in pdf form as a bonus. I thought that was funny. Of course I am keeping yours on my wall.

Why is it the gurus don't talk about you or give you credit for a lot of what your teaching people?

Enthusiasm is attractive, AT FIRST. This is why we are sadly drawn in by pathological narcissists... and then are damaged by their lack of integrity. It's a shame that our society doesn't value truth, honesty, fairness, and integrity above the flash and glitter. If you can figure out how to have flash AND integrity, then you have a winner, but that's incredibly hard to do. There seems to be an inherent "lie" in all advertising, which is what luring in new people is, after all. You know the old saying: "Lies, Damn Lies... and Advertising!"
Let me know if you figure out how to get ahead with honesty and integrity in all your dealings; with no lying, cheating, or stealing from anyone in any way. That's some philosophy I'd like to learn!

Treat your existing customers at least as well if not betther than you treat new customers. You have failed this basic rule of business with your pricing model.
Walter Jeffries (http://SugarMtnFarm.com) on Jul 19 2010, 04:19am  Reply
Dear Walter,

We provide special pricing to new customers to get them to become customers. Obviously we lose money on these offers. The idea is that once we do the initial deal and have someone become a customer, the scales will balance out after we've proven ourselves and the customer does additional business with us at our normal rates (which are also very good).

Since we lose money on these special offers designed to attract new customers, it's just not possible to extend them to our existing customer base.

I keep getting a generic scripted response that they can not comment on anything, but they are looking into when it will be added. They have been completely non-commital and frankly there are scores of other people in the support forums asking the same question. All of them getting pretty upset at both the response and the slow adaptation of adding this technology with is needed. All of this really conflicts with everything you say in your blog and I'm wondering why you would allow this?

In your own word, they customer is always right, but the customer is always the customer. A lot of your customer are pretty upset and a lot of their customers want them to have this technology.

Extending that, you have people born rich with all the advantages who just fritter it all away.

Thanks again for your blog. I've been a customer for a while but am just now exploring your writings. They're effective.

Mr. Parsons, we are a member of your GoDaddy family. Our web site is The Rings of Remembrance.com. It is a memorial to the fallen
in wars in the Middle East from Desert Storm to the present day in Afghanistan. We are looking for a leader, group or organization to build this memorial. We want nothing other than to honor the Fallen. It is they who are the difference between a tomorrow in hell or one in Heaven. We had thought you might consider being the organizer . The design is complete. The names of the Fallen are written on the Rings. Letters to
the Fallen from loved ones are written on the granite bench that surrounds the Rings. If directionally placed it could have the impact of Stonehenge. It can be located anywhere in the U.S.A.
Please view the site at theringsofremembrance.com
Thank you for your time and attention. We honor those who have blessed us with their lives.

A lot of good stuff here, Bob. One thing in particular is about Presentation which is extremely important for business and really life in general. I like to call it "POP" - Power Of Presentation. How you present yourself, your business and your products will go a long way towards your success. Your customers and potential customers don't really buy your products or services - they buy YOU. What I mean by that is if they like you and how you present yourself to them - then they want to do business with you. You have to be mindful of how you come across to people, and what you are presenting them with. Even your presentation when simply answering the phone is important. I tell the ladies that answer the phones in my office that they need to sound attractive over the phone. Not flirty or nothing like that, but attractive so that customers will want to call back again. The more customers you have calling you means the more $$$$ you will see in your pockets. The first voice they hear on the phone, the presentation of our company over the phone, has to attract customers (and money will roll right behind).
Samuel Stewart-El (http://www.honoryou.com) on Jul 15 2010, 06:51pm  Reply
Dear Samuel,

I couldn't agree with you more particularly when it comes to answering the phone. Some successful call centers/reception areas put a mirror at each individual's desk so they can see their expression when on the phone. Makes a difference. Further, I like the phone at my motorcycle dealerships to be answered ... "We're having a great day at GoAZ Motorcycles!"

Enthusiasm is contagious and anyone who shows enthusiasm instantly becomes more attractive.

I though it was silver-something. Turns out it was a Yamaha Virago. LOL! I hope he gets this message. He will howl. I didn't get any of his information, not even a name. All I know about him is he has a bro in Victoria, BC, he is getting married in October and honeymooning in Vegas (I was coming home from there), and he buys stuff for you, motorcycle fashion stuff. We were trapped in Seattle for hours waiting for the plane to take us up to Canada. If you know who I am talking about please make sure he gets this message. Put the poor guy's mind at ease. Also tell him hello from me and that he was fun to talk to.

Sorry, "BOB" but you don't lob this problem back into MY court by suggesting I "have my volume turned up too high." I'm quite computer savvy, thankyou, and have set MY volume controls to an acceptable level for a quiet office environment and for what I VOLUNTARILY listen to - streaming radio, skype, speech recog playback, etc. It is YOUR setting that is blatantly non-user-friendly. Tell your geek technicians the player should not automatically commandeer our speakers. We should be presented with your player and given time to adjust the volume BEFORE it starts running! That is the customary and user-friendly way of treating web site visitors. You need to learn the meaning of user-friendliness before you lecture others, Bob.

Bob, thank you so much for your blog. I'm off and running with a brand new company and i'm scared out of my mind. Your blog has helped me put things into perspective and really kept my head on straight. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I've been spreading the word about your blog to everyone I know.
Joe on Jul 12 2010, 08:50pm  Reply
Dear Joe,

Nice to hear about your brand new company. You will look back on these days (as spooky as they may seem) and will remember them as some of the best of your life. The small victories you have will also be some of the sweetest you experience. Don't forget to take the time to savor what's going on now and enjoy it. We don't get to come this way too many times.

There it is, Bob. Some personal philosophy from a Viet Nam brother. To say it so well after having been through so much means that you are a forgiving and resilient person. The Cross of Gallantry and purple heart entry in your bio meant a lot to me. And again, what do you think, Ducati or Buell? Semper fi,,,,,,,,,,,,Jeff

Dear Jeff,

Ducati for sure.

I don't like reading online (and as far as I remember, I never did unless the subject was completely enticing and interesting along with things I could actually use and experiment) nor on paper (exceptions apply as mentioned), so getting any information from administrators or business publications has always been a pain. I have subscribed for the videos since it's one of the few interesting sources of information that carry experience rather than theory. I've been a programmer since I was 12 (I am 28 now), and everything I learned I learned through exercise. It is no different from what I do on my company and, as a speaker, I try to give the audience more then just raw an inert information, while giving my best to add experience to what I say. This makes things different - and that's what I see on your videos. I am also running my company until late at night (or early on the morning, it varies from 2am to 6am) after I get home and stay with my kids. Your videos are not only inspirational, but a proof it's possible to go farther when you're true to yourself.

Keep it up, Bob! :-)

Hey Bob,

What you said about hiring employees for cheap is so true. Thats what happened to Circuit City, when they let go a lot of the high paid enthusiastic people. I was paid peanuts in the beginning (I came a little after the firings), and later got promoted extremely fast because of my product knowledge and great work ethic. I was the youngest sales manager in the company at at 18, two years later, company goes bankrupt. Thanks for mentoring us, and I will continue to keep reading your vlogs! You are the next ghandi!

Take care,

Sorry, Bob but I didn't like this one. I look to you for the above average, the sublime, the kind of advice I can't get....anywhere. You just didn't cut it this time and it was mildly entertaining. It was like an album filler not a top ten hit. Ok here's my qualifier.... I've almost memorized the 16 rules, not because I'm a geek but because I read the damn things all the time. You've got me rubbing the belly of the Buddah, now I'm supposed to eat hot dogs at the company BBQ. I don't think so. Barf.

Maybe you're right, Bob. But it's all about who you know and what you do with that knowledge, so my first video would have to be, "How to push CEO's buttons to make first contact, then get invited in for an interview." Contact me for even more insightful wonders. I'm a salesman, Bob.
Oh and forget about the belly, time to save the arteries, try the turkey dogs.

I totally believe in being different. We use this philosophy for our company and it help dramatically. Every company has a van, limo etc.. but it's our themed vehicle drivers and our low pricing that sells us. We also have a blog that we use for customers to see notes and pics from other customers. This helps.

I rarely ever comment but, This is probably the BEST video ive seen here on GoDaddy! Having just recently launched another business this one was not getting off the ground due to the economy, Over the last month ive found the tricks and have tripped my customer accusation rate this entire week! Everything ive learned this past month was mentioned in this video, great video for those who dont much about selling.
