It's Radio Go Daddy.   Yo, ho, ho!  We've got a radio show.

It's Radio Go Daddy!
I am very excited to let you know that starting Wednesday, March 30, Radio Go Daddy will debut on the airways. Our radio show will be broadcast live, right from Go Daddy headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona every Wednesday at 7 pm (PST)/10 pm (EST) for one hour.

There are a number of ways to listen to the show.
You'll be able to listen to Radio Go Daddy in a number of ways. You can listen to it live if you have Satellite Radio. We'll be on both Sirius and XM. There are also a few AM stations that will be carrying the show. If you miss the show live, you'll be able to visit RadioGoDaddy.com (site goes live March 28th) and download and listen to it at your leisure.

The show will be produced and brought to you by David Lawrence. You might already know David from listening to "The David Lawrence Show" which he broadcasts live from Hollywood ( http://www.davidlawrenceshow.com ).

Radio Go Daddy features yours truly.
Radio Go Daddy will feature yours truly, Bob Parsons, and other key staffers of Go Daddy, as well as interesting guests. The purpose of the show is to have a little fun and to talk about the often dicey issues affecting all Internet users.

The show will not be an infomercial.
While we plan to let you know what's going on at GoDaddy.com, I guarantee you that our radio show is not going to be an infomercial. I plan on doing the same thing with the show that I do with this Blog, and that's to "tell it like it is" in the same plain, unvarnished fashion that you're used to getting from me.

You can count on GoDaddy.com to fight the good fight.
As I hope you know, when it comes to fighting the good fight, GoDaddy.com pretty much always stands alone - certainly in the domain name industry. For example, GoDaddy.com is the only company standing up against and fighting the National Telecommunications and Information Administration's (http://www.ntia.doc.gov) decision to deny you privacy on .US domain name registrations. We plan on talking a lot about why your privacy is important. We'll also talk about what the difference is between privacy (which we are all entitled to) and anonymity (which we need to prevent).

We'll also talk about interesting and unusual issues like the SaveToby.com website that has drawn so much conversation and comments on this Blog. There are also other strange websites that you'll be interested to hear about.

You'll learn how to avoid Internet hazards.
The show will be educational. We plan to talk about all the new and old pitfalls that lay in ambush for the unsuspecting Internet user. We'll discuss phishing and pharming, how these scams are being used to pull off identity theft, and more importantly, how to avoid them. And then there are the old threats of computer viruses and spyware. To be honest, there's just so much to talk about there's just no way to list it all.

There will be plenty of business tips.
If you're trying to get an Internet business off the ground, there well be plenty for you as well. We'll discuss some of the obvious things — like what to think about when picking a domain name, how to create your own website, and how to get people to visit your site.

Radio Go Daddy debuts on March 30, 2005.
So there you have it. Radio Go Daddy is coming your way. I will publish more about the show (on this Blog) as we get closer to March 30th. Also, a few days before the show, the website dedicated to our radio show — RadioGoDaddy.com — will be live and you can check it for the radio station list. As time goes on, you'll also be able to check in with the RadioGoDaddy.com website for past shows that might contain items of interest to you.

We'll be talking soon.
